A volunteer-run nonprofit thrift shop sponsored by the Rock Island Arsenal Spouse and Community Club. It funds community grants and scholarships; the club is a private nonprofit, not part of the Department of Defense.

Access before shopping
This shop is inside an active military installation. Public shopping does not mean unrestricted entry. First-time visitors must process at the Visitor Welcome Center outside the Moline Gate, 23 Prospect Drive, Moline. The Army requires an approved visitor pass/background check and qualifying identification; vehicle drivers also need their license, registration and insurance. Check eligibility, documents and current access rules before traveling. Visitor processing can take additional time. The Welcome Center is not the thrift shop.
